About Janine:

With a Bachelor of Social Science (Youth Work) and a Diploma of Vocational Education and Training. I have 16 years’ experience supporting and counselling vulnerable people and training students wanting to enter the Community Services sector. I recently extended my knowledge and skills to gain a Certificate III & IV in Fitness.

I am looking to combine both my community services background and personal training to provide a holistic approach to advance towards well-being and fitness. Offering a range of services such as outdoor group training sessions,  one on one personal training sessions and small group personal training sessions.

The group training sessions will challenge you but also allow you to connect with others and have some fun.

I offer small group personal training sessions from my fully eqipped gym with groups of 3-4 people. You will be given in an individual program and get to work in a small group with all the required gym equipment.

You will see the benefits of training with me because there’s flexibility and support. You will be encouraged to reconnect with your body and work towards movement rather than just fitness. You can set some fitness or weight loss goals and it will be on your terms. I offer you an opportunity to improve your well-being in a holistic way.
