TERMS OF SERVICE
Congratulations! You have made the first step in experiencing a life changing fitness experience. I look forward to working with you in achieving your goals and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Here are some guidelines to follow during your sessions with your Trainer:
- Hydration and hygiene are of the utmost importance - Please bring a workout towel and water bottle to every session and applied deodorant prior to every session.
- A substantial meal 1-hour prior to training is recommended to fuel your body with the energy to get the most out of your session.
- Please wear appropriate footwear (sneakers or closed toes shoes) and gym clothing for your session.
- Please inform the trainer of any injuries and restrictions you may have.
- Please bring any medications that you may need during your training, e.g. inhalers etc.
- Please inform your trainer if you have consumed alcohol within the last 24 hours before your session.
- Everyday is different, please be honest and inform your trainer if you need to alter your workout.
- My trainer will ask for consent to take or use photographs or record videos for business purposes.
- If I am under 18 years of age, I must have my guardians consent to train.
- All sessions must be paid 1 week in advance.
- All sessions are to commence and finish in the allocated time.
- Termination of training commitment will require two (2) weeks’ notice. No refunds will be given on terminated packs.
- If you are not comfortable with using specific gym equipment, please inform your trainer.
- I acknowledge that as a condition of participating in this activity that I do so at my own risk.
- I accept all risks and hereby indemnify and release the trainer, their agents, affiliates, employees, members, sponsors, promoters and any person or body directly and indirectly associated with the Trainer, against all liability (including liability for their negligence and their negligence of others) claims, demands, and proceeding arising out of or connected with my participation in this activity.
- If you cannot make the session for any reason, please make note of our Cancellation Policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that on occasions, your scheduled appointment may have to be cancelled or re-scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. It is imperative however that you notify us immediately if you learn you cannot keep our scheduled session.
1. Direct debit will be debited from your chosen account on a weekly basis every Saturday.
2. If you cannot make a training session and you give more than 24 hours notice, the fee will be still be paid and you will be offered to book in a make up session.
3. You have up to 4 weeks to book in a make up session/s.
4. The cancellation policy still applies;
If you need to cancel a training session, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled session. Where more than 24 hours notice is provided, we will be happy to offer to reschedule the missed session to another available time within the same week or following week, subject to trainer and client availability.
Alternatively, we can provide the option to convert the in-person session into an online session, if feasible and agreed upon by both parties. This allows you to continue your training remotely and stay on track with your movement and wellbeing goals.
In the event of a cancellation without the required notice, the cost of the session will be charged. we ask that you remember the value of the session and understand the impact of the cancellation on your trainers weekly schedule
5. Sessions with plenty of notice in advance due to commitments ( 2 or more days) or holidays can have the direct debit suspended during that period.
